West Beckenham Residents’ Association (WBRA) supports residents in the Beckenham parts of the wards of Kelsey and Eden Park, Clock House, and Penge and Cator on many local issues, including:

- parking and traffic problems
- safeguarding public footpaths and allotments
- overbuilding/multiple flats on small sites/back gardens
- tree protection
- loss of historic buildings which give our area character
- transport links: trams, buses and trains
- noise, litter and anti-social behaviour.
Make your voice heard on issues affecting your neighbourhood and quality of life by joining WBRA. The more members we have, the more influence we have!
The annual membership fee is £5 per household or £2 if you are unwaged.

Membership and planning applications
If you would like help in objecting to a planning application but are not a member of WBRA, we ask that you join before we write on your behalf.
This is to protect the interests of paid-up members and discourage free rides – we hope that you understand. All WBRA’s work is done by volunteers who give up their free time to fight for local issues and improvements to the local area.
And if you are a member, do encourage as many of your neighbours as possible to join. A strong membership base can only strengthen our voice with the local authorities.
