Our Safer Neighbourhood Teams (for all three wards) report that Beckenham is a safe and low crime area, but have warned of recent incidents that we should be aware of.
There have been 2 robberies over Harvington over the last week. Two or three black males wearing dark clothing, around 17-19years, have been targeting young boys and girls, taking phones and money, a knife was seen by one victim. This was only at 1830hrs. The police are working hard to try and find out who these people are, and will be seen patrolling a lot more than usual over the next few weeks.
