Local Elections

There have been some changes in our elected representatives on Bromley Council. The biggest change is in Clock House Ward, where Labour won two seats – Vanessa Allen and Ian Dunn were successful, as was current Conservative Councillor Sarah Phillips. In Kelsey and Eden Park Ward, current Councillors Peter Dean and Diane Smith were joined by new Conservative Alan Collins, and in Penge and Cator Ward, current Councillors Peter Fookes and Kathy Bance were joined by new Labour Kevin Brookes.

Congratulations to all. We look forward to working with you for the future of West Beckenham Wards. (Contact details on this site will be amended as soon as know them from the council.)

Thanks also to outgoing Councillors John Getgood and Reg Adams. John did not stand at this election, but his sterling work in support of the association over the last twelve years was marked by a prolonged round of applause at the AGM. Reg has also served us well over his twelve years in office but did not win back his seat this year.
